Andrew McNicol is the artistic director and choreographer of McNicol Ballet Collective which he founded out of a desire to collaborate and create ambitious new ballets with an inspiring collective of artists. Committed to creating new and collaborative work, the mission is to push boundaries and deliver ambitious projects that excite artists and inspire audiences.

to create unique repertoire that is relevant to our times and contributes meaningfully to the future of ballet as an adventurous theatrical form, reaching the widest possible audiences. By collaborating across art-forms our goal is to bring a modern aesthetic and contemporary relevance to ballet, developing original works that respond to the environment, world issues, and communities where our work is created and shared.
